Mewtwo can be found in the following locations with a Recruitment Rate of -22.0%. However, it will not spawn until Marine Resort has been unlocked, and only if the player has either a Mystery Part or a Secret Slab in their Treasure Bag and doesn't have a mission assigned to the floor it appears.

It will only appear if the player has Explorers of Darkness. It cannot be obtained in Explorers of Time without a special Wonder Mail event or wireless communication with a player that has the required Wonder Mail.
