Frozen Despot (Japanese: 覇者の氷柱) is a minion of Utopian Lord in  Etrian Mystery Dungeon.

At the start of the battle against Utopian Lord, there is a Frozen Despot next to Utopian Lord at the right of the map. More Frozen Despots can be summoned by Utopian Lord during battle with the skill Glacial Call. It is possible to quickly kill a Frozen Despot remotely by using an Ice attack to trigger its skill Induction.

Ice Bolt	氷柱の魔弾	Head	Fires an ice bullet.	Inflicts Ice damage to everyone in a straight line. It also inflicts damage to monsters including the boss (inflicts 50-70 damage to the boss). This can trigger the Induction skill of other Frozen Despot.
Induction	誘爆	Head	Explodes and dies when attacked by an ice elemental attack.	Triggered when the Frozen Despot takes Ice damage. Inflicts 50% of the remaining HP of the party members in an area of 1 tile around it. Destroys also the traps in the explosion area, and inflicts 1 HP of Ice damage to monsters in the area. This can trigger the Induction skill of other Frozen Despot.
