Drain-type Monsters will lower your maximum Stats with special Attacks. Drain-type Monsters will take double Damage from the Drain Rune, which is found innate in Drain Buster. Antidrain Armband, Barrier Armband, Clear Armband, Vigilant Armband and Warding Armband will make their special Attacks ineffective, aside from Polygon Spin levels 1 and 2. When Shiren is in Trap Master Mode, if a Polygon Spin triggers a Hunger Trap, they will Level up. There is a special Monster House for Drain-types.
