Lost Content and Features in the Shiren the Wanderer series covers content known to be lost, presumed lost. This includes but is not limited to: features that are no longer supported, games that can no longer be purchased, and content that can no longer be played or downloaded.

Online connectivity

Online features in the following games are shut down. One of many features that were accessible in the past may be permanently lost today.

Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer

• Online rescues, leaderboards, rankings are no longer available.
• Time attack mode.
  • Being able to send time-attack ghosts.

Shiren the Wanderer - Magic Castle of the Desert

• Online rescues, leaderboards, rankings are no longer available.
• Players can no longer connect to Shiren 3 using a Shiren 3 friend code and obtain reward items based on the rescue points in the Shiren 3 save file.

Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 3: The Sleeping Princess and the Karakuri Mansion

• Rescues and leaderboards in the Japanese release no longer function properly.
• Players can no longer download Spotpass data (ULJS00239) to access the Mysterious Dungeon, and the Shrine of Mystery in the Japanese release.
  • According to the Japanese wiki, the PSP online functionality is gone as well, making these dungeons inaccessible.
• The Dungeon of War was an online dungeon available in the Japanese Wii release of Shiren 3. Due to the online features being disabled or removed in the English Wii release, this dungeon is unavailable in English. Due to the online connectivity going down, the Japanese version is no longer playable.
• The Sending Jar and Receiving Jar are no longer functional in the Japanese release and inaccessible in the North American release.

Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer 4 - The Eye of God and the Devil's Navel

• Rescues and leaderboards no longer function properly.
• Players are no longer able to connect to Twitter and post updates.

Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate

• Online rescues, leaderboards, and rankings are no longer available.
