The Staff of Paralysis (Japanese: ???) is a Staff in Template:GameTitle. When swung, it will fire a bolt that will paralyse a Monster or Character until they are interacted with again.

Tips For Use

Using a Staff of Paralysis on a monster in a hallway or entrance of a room can be used to block Shiren off from the rest of the floor, allowing him to pass turns to regenerate HP, or rearrange his inventory.
Provided you or a monster doesn't interact with the targeted monster after being paralysed, they will not be a threat for the duration of the floor.
Certain monsters are more useful to Shiren alive, and keeping them alive without them attacking you, following you, or simply moving around can be convenient - for example, Dead Soldiers.
