The effect of all herbs to increase Fullness by 5 is followed by this herb's effect of increasing maximum Fullness by 10, meaning it is most efficient to use this herb when Fullness is 5 points or more below the maximum.
Similarly to Herb of Life, using this item immediately after acquiring it, in most cases, is the best move.
