Caution
- The Seed of Ill Luck is considered to be the worst item in the game, and it is particularly dangerous if Shiren gets hit by a thrown one. If it is identified, eat the Seed of Ill Luck at your own risk.
- See #Tips for use for more information.
The effect of this herb can be prevented by equipped an Antidrain Armband, which will prevent the level decrease, and the additional reduction to 1 current HP.
Adventure Log Entries
Adventure Log entry #57 requires to eat a Seed of III Luck.
Tips for use
- Throwing a Seed of Ill Luck at a monster and hitting it will cause it to reduce to the level 1 monster of its family.
- Identifying items in the Final Puzzle is made more risky because of this herb. As its name suggests finding and eating a Seed of Ill Luck deep into the unforgiving Final Puzzle is extremely unlucky, and in such a challenging dungeon where players require hundreds of hit points to survive, it will be almost impossible to recover.
