Unused Pokémon
The game contains unused Pokémon slots for multiple dummy entries, as well as unused data for Starmie, Chinchou, Sunkern, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Shiny Ho-Oh, Kecleon, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem and the Substitute.

Sunkern is completely unused and doesn't appear in the game, as it was intended for the unused Lone Diver facility.
