Unused Illusory Dungeons
After the credits, the Mysteriosity Strange Power mechanic is unlocked, which may send the player to another dungeon different from the one that is currently being explored. Some of these destination dungeons are referred to as "Illusory" in the soundtrack. Although only a few dungeons have an illusory version of their music, this wiki uses the term to refer to the alternate versions of existing dungeons that share the same name, excluding the other types of Strange Power destination dungeons (Gilded Halls, Mirages and Uncharted Roads).
Internally, illusory dungeons consist of multiple 99 floor long dungeons that change in name and theme, usually once every 20 floors, with each theme being based on a main story dungeon. These are the illusory versions of each dungeon, and each segment is presented as its own dungeon to the player. Mysteriosity is not fully understood yet, but illusory Ragged Mountain is most likely unused. It is currently unknown if any of the other illusory dungeons are unused.
Illusory Ragged Mountain
Although Ragged Mountain has an illusory version of the music that can be listened to in Music Paradise, the illusory version of the dungeon is likely inaccessible without hacking.
Mystery Dungeon (0x5a) is the first of the 99 floor long dungeons that are internally used to make the illusory dungeons shown to the player. The first 20 floors of this internal dungeon are called "Ragged Mountain", use the illusory Ragged Mountain music track, and no enemy Pokémon appear.
Ragged Mountain (first visit) can normally only be played at the beginning of the story. However, if the game is modified to have Mysteriosity enabled in this dungeon, there is a chance of warping to Ragged Mountain's illusory version as early as floor 2, along with the illusory version of its music being played.
The table below shows the possible Strange Power warps for Ragged Mountain (first visit).
Current Dungeon | Destination Dungeon | Chances of warping | Current Dungeon Floor | Destination Dungeon Floor |

Treasure Trove Coordinates
None of the Treasure Trove dungeons appear on the map, however the unused Treasure Trove (0x1a) dungeon has map coordinates set to where the Crossroads are, which is near Pokémon Paradise, where Treasure Trove dungeons are accessed from.
Unused dungeon data
Great Spire Inner Chamber is internally considered a single-floor dungeon. It's currently unknown if this is used for the Glacier Palace Great Spire boss fight or not. It has unused Pokémon spawns that match the Pokémon in Munna's Gang. This dungeon may be fully unused, more research is needed.
