Business Old Man
(Japanese: かじ営業) will offer to highly raise a Weapon or Shield (usually +7, but he can sometimes upgrade it by +14) for 1,000 Gitan. However, he won't instantly return it back, you need to find him in next floors or the next adventure (you will receive a message when you enter the floor on which appears, calling you to deliver the upgraded Item. In case he dies (due to Night Monsters, if he's holding an item, he will drop it to the ground.
If you have a level 8 Kabra's Blade +99, you can give it to him, the next time he will give a level 1 Kabra Reborn without bonuses. All previous meld abilities will be kept in the new weapon.
