Frank "Bo" deWindt II is the COO of Aksys Games and a fan of the Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series. Frank was the person to originally put forth the idea of localizing 
Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate, which led to the game being officially licensed and localized in 2016.
