Discounts, or Sales, refers to companies selling their games at lower prices for a limited period. Sales for digital versions of video games usually happen on a regular basis, often at specific times of the year, such as holidays, seasons, or other events. Buying video games is one of the ways players can support a series and encourage the developers to create more games in the same franchise or style, and sales are the best opportunity for fans to buy the games, as they can often reach very low prices.
