Ouma Shrine (Japanese: オウマのほこら) is an easy-to-forget location that exists between the two starting villages Inori Village and Nekomaneki Village. After Jirokichi leaves his home to save Oyu's life, the barrier on the east side of the town would be broken by him. Due to this, Shiren runs towards the now accessible dungeon in order to follow him.
Dungeon Strategy
It's a very gentle introduction to Shiren / roguelike dungeon gameplay. This dungeon is like a "puzzle" level in that hints and tips pop up frequently as you play and you'd have to deliberately try to fail it. You get to keep the trivial extra supplies you carry out of this dungeon though, which is a nice one-time bonus After you beat it the first time, you can never access it again, and there is no unfettered two-way connection between the two starting villages. Due to it being accessible to players upon completion, and the fact that it is a tutorial level. rescuing is not permitted in Ouma Shrine.
