Development Oversights in Game Boy Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer GB - Monster of Moonlight Village.

Tanmomo

Recruiting Tanmomo(UT) - This is an unofficial translation., traveling to the Dragon's Maw and back to the Moonlight Village will cause Tanmomo to follow Shiren and Koppa around. Changing the Difficulty, and then re-entering Sacrifice Pass will lead to a possible second encounter with another Tanmomo in the Dungeon.

This bug was first found as early as August 6, 2003, by (Japanese: のー).[1][2] It was later independently discovered by Jubilee on February 12, 2025, along with the method by which to re-create it.[3]
