Palette Swaps are a feature in  Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer GB - Monster of Moonlight Village, and may be changed, depending on the platform.

Game Boy Color Palette Swaps

The Game Boy Color had a built-in feature that allowed players to press different button combinations to change between a selection of palette swaps on the Game Boy Color logo/boot-up screen. It may be possible to enable this feature on later systems, such as the Game Boy Advance, Panasonic Q, or Game Boy Player.
