Equipment (Scarves, Ribbons, Bands and Bows) are held items within the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon franchise. When held, most of them can produce various effects that can help somewhat aid Dungeons exploration. Most scarves are pink in color, however special ones used to evolve certain Pokémon are recolored (shown right).

Defense Scarf	ぼうぎょスカーフ	3000	1350	A hold item that boosts the Pokémon's Defense.
Dodge Scarf	みかわしスカーフ	5000	2500	A hold item that prevents any thrown item from hitting the Pokémon.
Mobile Scarf	つうかスカーフ	1000	300	A hold item that enables the Pokémon to move and attack through walls and on magma, etc. The Pokémon's Belly will go down faster while traveling through walls, however.
Pass Scarf	あしらいスカーフ	5000	1500	A hold item that can enable the Pokémon to pass off the effects of attacks and certain kind of hostile moves to a Pokémon next to it. However, it also makes the Pokémon's Belly go down.
Sneak Scarf	こっそりスカーフ	2500	1000	A hold item that prevents the Pokémon from awakening sleeping foes. It only works against foes that are asleep to begin with.
Trap Scarf	わなぬけスカーフ	5000	1500	A hold item that prevents traps from going off if they are stepped on by the Pokémon.
Warp Scarf	ワープスカーフ	50	25	A hold item that occasionally warps the Pokémon to another place on the same floor.

Curve Band	カーブバンダナ	50	25	A hold item that makes thrown items bounce off walls and fly sideways. It has no effect if the Pokémon's status is Pierce or if a rock is thrown.
Patsy Band	ねらわれハチマキ	50	25	A hold item that increases the user's chance of taking critical hits from enemy moves or attacks.
Pierce Band	かんつうバンダナ	1600	600	A hold item that makes the Pokémon's thrown items pierce other Pokémon, walls and obstacles without ever stopping.
Racket Band	ばくおんハチマキ	3000	1300	A hold item that helps awaken hostile sleeping Pokémon. It only works against Pokémon that were asleep from the start.
Stamina Band	スタミナリボン	3200	1400	A hold item that slows how quickly the Pokémon's Belly goes down.

	Diet Ribbon	はらぺこリボン	50	25	A hold item that changes the Pokémon's status to Hungry Pal and prevents its Belly from filling. If the team leader is holding it, its Belly will go down faster.
	Gold Ribbon	きんのリボン	3000	2000	An item that has no effect even if it is held by a Pokémon. It can be sold for a good price.
	Heal Ribbon	かいふくリボン	1100	350	A hold item that speeds up the Pokémon's natural HP regeneration. The Pokémon's Belly will go down faster, however.
	Joy Ribbon	しあわせリボン	5000	2000	A hold item that earns the Pokémon Exp. Points when taking damage.
	Plain Ribbon	ただのリボン	50	25	An item that has no effect even if it is held by a Pokémon.

Insomniscope	ふみんスコープ	1200	500	A hold item that prevents the Pokémon from going to sleep, napping, having a nightmare or yawning.
Lockon Specs	ロックオンメガネ	4000	1500	A hold item that raises the accuracy of items thrown at foes by the Pokémon.
No-Aim Scope	ノーコンスコープ	100	50	A hold item that causes items thrown by the Pokémon to fly wildly in any direction.
Scope Lens	ピントレンズ	1300	450	A hold item that boosts the Pokémon's critical-hit rate for moves and attacks.

Friend Bow	ともだちリボン	5000	500	When held by the team leader, this hold item makes it easier to recruit defeated Pokémon into the rescue team.
No-Stick Cap	くっつかずきん	1550	500	A hold item that prevents the Pokémon's items from becoming sticky and gummed up.

Trivia

• Not including the Munch Belt and any potential missions from the Request Board, the Mobile Scarf is the only scarf that can be obtained through a main mission (being from Gengar (character)).
• A glitch can be performed with the Pass Scarf involving the Kecleon Shop.^{[Clarification needed]}
• If the player obtained the Munch Belt from Munchlax, the Adventure Log will register this.
