Pain Storm (Japanese: ペインストーム) is a Hexer's skill in Etrian Mystery Dungeon. It deals fixed damage to all targets in the room. Damage depends on HP lost by the user. It can be learnt at level 20 and requires Revenge at level 3.

Damage depends on the following formula :

- MaxHP is the maximum HP of the user.
- CurrentHP is the current HP of the user.
- SkillPower can be read on the following table and depends on the skill level.

The maximum damage is 499HP and is reached if the character has 1 HP out of 500, which means that their HP has been raised with Life Books.
