Royal Decree (Japanese: 王者の激励) is a Sovereign's skill in Etrian Mystery Dungeon. It gives a buff to every ally in the same room as the user that raises Blast Gauge recovery. It can be learnt at level 20 and requires Monarch March at level 3.
