Proficiency (Japanese: 風来人の心得) is a Wanderer's passive skill in Etrian Mystery Dungeon that raises the user's natural HP recovery rate in dungeons. The effects of this skill can be cumulated with Sovereign's Monarch March. It has no prerequisites, but is a prerequisite itself for Expertise which is an improvement of this skill.

The recovery rate is 1HP every two turns instead of 1HP every three turns.
