Paulo (Japanese: ポポロ, Popolo) is a character in the Dragon Quest Mystery Dungeon series. His first appearance in a Mystery Dungeon title was in Template:GameTitle, which was his second Dragon Quest appearance. His first Dragon Quest appearance was in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. He's a playable character in Template:GameTitle.

Biography

Physical Appearance

Paulo is a thin boy with blue hair, similar to his father. In Template:GameTitle, Paulo would grow up to his twelfth birthday and appears with the same clothes as Torneko's, though their placement are swapped. Sometimes, he can be seen wearing claws as they are his main weapons to attack enemies.

Personality

History

Though he was introduced in Dragon Quest IV, the player knows little about his life and personality in the game's entire story. It would be in Torneko's own spin-off games that the player would discover what happened to him and his family after the event of the aforementioned game. In Template:GameTitle, Paulo would obtain a more important role as he becomes the second protagonist of the game's plot.
