Forecast (Japanese: てんきや, Temperamental) is an ability in Game Boy Advance/Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team.

Effects in Dungeons

It changes the Ability user's Type depending on the Weather.

  • Under the influence of sunny weather, the Pokémon's type changes to Fire-type.
  • Under the influence of rain or fog, the Pokémon becomes a Water-type.
  • Under the influence of hail (or snow), the Pokémon becomes an Ice-type.

If there is any other weather (Clear, Cloudy, or Sandstorm), The Pokémon's typing is unaffected.
