(Japanese: ???) is one of Fay's Puzzles in 
Mystery Dungeon 2: Shiren the Wanderer.
Solution
This problem is solved by picking up the Swap Staff and using it against the three enemy Mamoon to reach beyond the water that blocks the way to the stairs.
