You need a scroll for this or is it
used any time any where?

My knowledge is extremely limited compared to the real participants of this forum. But let me try to answer that question.

- Texhniques can only be used at night time.
- There are 8 technique slots (all of them are filled with the default technique at the beginning)
- You can learn new techniques and overwrite your default ones
- You can rewrite the overwritten techniques at town
- Any of your used techniques will be reset and filled back when you enter a new dungeon level
