Is it advisable that I finish all the levels of Fay's puzzle? What do I do with the items? My warehouse is full!

Very advisable, chiefly for the reason that each puzzle gives a lesson in game tactics that will prove to be valuable in regular play. As for the items, bring them along on your regular adventures and use them! Also, each time you play a puzzle (successful or not) you can get another big riceball from the Canyon Hamlet bar (although this may clash with your principles ;).
