Combat Strategy

Anything other than regular attacks, including staves, arrows, scrolls, and talismans, will only deal 2 damage and not have any other effect on Gyaza. Status effects from runes on your weapon can still affect them. If you find yourself surrounded by them, remember you can use items that affect yourself, such as Swift Grass, Warp Grass, and Pinning Staff, so you can either escape or retreat to a doorway and fight them one at a time.
