In Despair Dungeon: Monokuma's Test, a Monokumamel appears as a common monster. It is a fusion between a Mamel and Monokuma.

In Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp, Monokumamels were shown during the game's reveal trailer on June 15, 2021 at E3 2021. Like in Despair Dungeon: Monokuma's Test, they are a fusion between a Mamel and Monokuma.
