SEGA Direct sold 4 versions of Shiren 3 Wii in Japan.

  • The base game for 6,120 yen.
  • The game + phone card for 6,800 yen.
Deluxe

SEGA Direct prepared a Deluxe Pack (Japanese: DXパック) for Shiren 3 Wii, which contained the Shiren 3 Wii Traps Tote Bag, a Shiren 3 Wii Telephone Card. The DX pack without the phone card cost 8,000 yen and the DX pack with the phone card for 8,680 yen.[1][2][3]
