Munchlax (Japanese: ゴンベ, Gonbe) is a Normal-type Pokémon in Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness. It is one of the Pokémon available for the role of the Hero, but cannot be selected as the Partner. This occurs if the Nature determined from the Personality Test at the start of the game is either Relaxed (♂) or Jolly (♀).

It can evolve into Snorlax starting at 200 IQ (2 stars), and does not evolve from any other Pokémon.
