This page lists locations in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness. There are a total of 62 dungeons available in the game. Of these dungeons, 33 are mandatory main story dungeons, 6 are optional dungeons unlocked during the main story, 20 are regular dungeons unlocked after the credits, and 3 are only accessible through alternative paths.

- In the Explorers games, Golden Chambers share some similarities to the Golden Chambers from Shiren the Wanderer 2 - Shiren's Castle and the Oni Invasion.
- The area where this game takes place is known as the Grass Continent in
Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon.
