Transmogrifier (Japanese: 魔物変化の罠) is a Trap in 
Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2
that transforms items in the room into monsters. Some items may not turn into monsters and instead will still be destroyed. If there are no items in the room, the trap will not activate and will not be destroyed.
