Rainbow Pooka (Japanese: ニジプーカ) is a DLC quest monster in  Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2. It can only be encountered after accepting the quest ニジプーカ大量発生！.

Like other Pookas, it only takes one point of damage for all attacks. However, since it doesn't have much HP, it can be defeated faster with fixed damage, like Blowback Sigil or throwing equipment after using a Strong Arm Scroll. It is also immune to Binds. Its Run Away! skill makes the end of the fight complicated because it can disappear before being defeated. This monster drops the item with the highest selling price in the game and level-up Bottles, so it can be used to level up faster or to earn Ental faster.
