Pokémon won't take damage even when their Belly reaches 0. Beware that HP won't restore naturally while the Pokémon's Belly is empty, and they will take damage if they're in a wall. Rare qualities affect your whole team.

Notorious Fasting (Japanese: せっしょくじまん) is a Rare Quality in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX. With the rare quality, the Pokémon controlled by the Player Character will not normally lose HP every turn while its Belly is zero, unless the Pokémon is in a wall tile. Pokémon still cannot regenerate HP naturally while its Belly is zero.
