Heart of Serpentcoil Island: Super Difficult
(Japanese: とぐろ島の神髄 超難度) is the second Official Parallel Data event for 
/
Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island. It was first announced with a poll to decide the dungeon on April 10, 2024[1], later followed by a full announcement with a release date on April 15, 2024[2] and was released on April 19, 2024.[3][4]
In an official statement, this Parallel Data was claimed to only be downloaded until April 25, 2024. On April 27, 2024, the 1.1.0 update released, making old Parallel Data incompatible and the original version of this Parallel Data no longer available, replacing it with the updated version where some of the floor layouts are different. Download codes remain the same.
Official Leaderboard
For this event, a top 50 leaderboard will be published on the official website.[5][6] This leaderboard later increased the amount of players to 200 due to having lots of players downloading this Parallel Data.[7]

- Users of this Parallel Data are marked as "Player 3", while Creator and Player 2 are both "SpChun". This suggests Spike Chunsoft had to save Parallel Data twice to make the distributed Parallel Data.
