The Mankey Gang's Motivation (Japanese: マンキーたちのやる気(き)) is a special video for  Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX. It was released only in Japanese.

Plot

Caterpie, Wynaut and Wobbuffet are helping Cyndaquil and Chikorita renovate their Rescue Team base. The Mankey are also there to help, however they want to eat Chestnuts, and don't feel motivated until they do, so Cyndaquil and Chikorita go look for them. The Mankey get bored of waiting, and decide to go back home, but the other Pokémon stop them and promise to find some Chestnuts. They look around Pokémon Square, but only come back with some Apples. They are hungry, so they eat them anyway. While chatting, Caterpie, Wynaut and Wobbuffet start talking about their ambitions and motivation to help Cyndaquil and Chikorita, the Mankey are seemingly not motivated by their ambitions, however they then decide to help out even though they haven't received their Chestnuts yet, claiming they're doing it just to not get bored. Cyndaquil and Chikorita eventually come back and bring them the Chestnuts they were promised.
