Torch Girl (Japanese: 松明売りの少女) sells Template:Shiren4 for 100 Gitan (Sometimes for 300). She will only appear in the floors where Template:Shiren4 happen.
After you buy some torches from her, you will see her lying in the Template:Shiren4 (she's sleeping). If you talk to her, she will wake up and offer a Template:Shiren4 torch for 100 Gitan (or 300).
