Effect on Shiren
On the dungeon screen, all NPCs, Shopkeepers and Monsters will appear as File:Shiren 1 DS - WomanB1 sprite.png, and be referred to as 'Girl (Hallucination)' and all Items, Traps and the stairs will appear as 
On the floor map, Traps will appear as blue dots, identical to items, and monsters will appear as yellow dots as NPCs would normally.
While puzzled, Template:ShirenPC cannot interact with NPCs or Shopkeepers, attempting to do so will prompt a message.

How to get affected
Trigger a Dream Gas Trap.
How to cure
- Wait 20 turns for the effect to wear off.
- Eat a Restorative Herb.
- Successfully press a Chiropractic Jar.
- Transform into a monster by consuming Monster Meat or by the magic ability of a Skull Wizard with a transform effect.
- Move to a different floor via the stairs or a Pitfall Trap.
