The Wandering Blacksmith (Japanese: かじ職人) will raise the strength of a Template:Shiren4 or a Template:Shiren4 for 1,000 Gitan. If you give him a Level 8 Windshield +99, he will give you a level 1 Stormward without bonuses. All previous meld abilities will be kept in the new shield.
