Giant Slug (Japanese: おおなめくじ, Big Slug) is a monster in Template:GameTitle.
Giant Slugs are enormous yellow gastropods that crawl along the floor of the dungeon.
Monster Ability
Giant Slugs have no Special Abilities and can only deal regular damage to Torneko. Like all monsters with no special abilities, they have a 50% chance to spawn asleep and a 50% chance to wake up whenever Torneko enters the room, leaves the room or stands next to them.
They have the standard item drop rates of 1.56% shared by most monsters.
Combat Strategy
Giant Slugs have limited offensive capabilities. They are bulkier than Slimes with higher Defense Power and HP, but not enough to pose any significant threat to Torneko if they're alone. They shouldn't be underestimated if they accompany other monsters, especially for a level 1 Torneko with no equipment. Avoid fighting multiple of them at once and flee to regenerate health if necessary. Once Torneko levels up a few times and find basic equipement they stop posing any threat, even in numbers.
