Confused (Japanese: 混乱) Status Condition in Template:GameTitle.

Effect on Shiren

Shiren's movement and attack controls will get a random direction. He can't speak to Characters, and can attack them accidentally when pressing the action button.

However, ranged attacks such as firing Projectiles, swinging Staves or throwing Items will still launch the proper direction.

How to get affected

There are several ways to get this status condition:

• Hundred Eye Monsters can confuse Shiren with their special ability.
• Get hit by a magic bolt from Skull Wizard and Skull Wraith with a confusing effect.
• Step on a Traps.
• Confuse Hermit can confuse Shiren with their special ability.
• Get hit by a reflected bolt from a Doppelganger Staff.
• Eat a Herb of Confusion.
• Get hit by thrown Herbs of Confusion from Daze Radish.

How to cure

To cure confusion, it is possible to:

• Eat a Medicinal Herb.
• Eat a Restorative Herb.
• Transform into a Monster by eating its Meat.

Wearing an Armband of Calm will prevent confusion.
