While having the 'Poison-free' status, Shiren will not lose current strength to poisons, this includes:

  • Though the 3 current strength decrease from eating a Rotten Riceball is not explicitly counted as a poison, it is prevented by the 'poison-free' status and by equipping an Antidote Armband.

A similar effect is provided to Shiren by equipping an Antidote Armband, though this is a preventative measure, and does not provide the the 'Poison-free' status.

How to cure
