Wish Cave
13F, 26F, 33F, 41F, 49F, 59F, 65F, 71F, 78F, 83F, 88F, 93F}}Moon Stone (つきのいし Moon Stone) is an evolutionary item needed for certain Pokémon to evolve. Like the other evolution stones, it does not require the aid of a second item in order to help the Pokémon evolve. A total of 5 Pokémon need this item to evolve. It can only be used once.
This stone can be found in both Solar Cave and Wish Cave, specifically Wish Cave shops. The floors where the items are assigned to spawn are detailed at the right.
They can be sold for the price of a few thousand Poké, and can be sold for the price of 1 Poké.
Pokémon that evolve by this stone
- Nidorino (evolves into Nidoking)
- Nidorina (evolves into Nidoqueen)
- Clefairy (evolves into Clefable)
- Jigglypuff (evolves into Wigglytuff)
- Skitty (evolves into Delcatty)
Trivia
- This stone is the only stone that spawns in more than one dungeon. Coincidentally, these two dungeons are caves.
- Alongside the Leaf Stone, the Moon Stone has the most Pokémon that need it to evolve, being 5.
- This particular sprite would later on become the sprite for Grimy Food in the next PMD series, Explorers of Darkness/Time/Sky.
