Quick Dodger

If a target has Quick Dodger as an active IQ skill, both accuracy values will drop by 10 for that target only.

  1. Example 1 (Standard): Template:Explorers normally has an accuracy rating of 80/84 (= 67.2 %). On an enemy with Quick Dodger, this turns to 70/74 (= 51.8 %).
