Cannot be acquired through defeating enemies; must be acquired through the swap shop. As with previous items, effect applies to all members of the Bulbasaur line.

You can get a Plant Torc at the Croagunk Swap Shop by swapping an Ivy-Claw, an Ivy-Fang, and an Ivy-Crest. That's the easy way!	Increases the amount of HP recovered through HP-draining moves.	Cannot be acquired through defeating enemies; must be acquired through the swap shop. As with previous items, effect applies to all members of the Bulbasaur line. Exact amount of HP depends heavily on stats and available moves.
