She will ask you to close your eyes. If you agree, she will blind you. After doing this to you 2-3 times, she can be encountered in [[Shiren 1/Locations/Bamboo Village|Bamboo Village]] with a couple other people she blinded trying to assault her. Should you defeat them and rescue her, she will offer to join you as an ally.  Party members aren't guaranteed to show up during adventures

Oryu's Special ability is to blind enemies. This causes them to walk in a straight line until they hit a wall, after which they will move randomly. They will attack anything in their way, including other monsters. In addition, blinded enemies cannot use their special abilities, making Oryu excellent at disabling nasty monsters like Twisty Hani.
Oryu does decent damage but is weaker than {{MagicCastleDS|Pekeji}}. She has a special attack that has a chance of blinding every {{MagicCastleDS|monster}} in the room. She will lose all her {{MagicCastleDS|experience}} upon leaving a {{MagicCastleDS|Dungeon}}.

Oryu (Japanese: お竜, Dragon), also referred to as Oryu the Blinder or Oryu the Blinding Woman, is a traveling woman that blinds people she encounters. Available after completing the Magistrate's Greater Court - Shiren will find her walking around in Jahannam Gate. After that, the player can recruit her in town.

Oryu does decent damage but is weaker than Pekeji. She has a special attack that has a chance of blinding every monster in the room. She will lose all her experience upon leaving a Dungeon.
