Information
Location
This Tanmomo page is about the Game Boy release. For the PC release, see Moonlight Village PC:Tanmomo. For The Android Release, see Moonlight Village SP:Tanmomo.
For the lore page, see Shiren:Tanmomo.

Tanmomo(UT) - This is an unofficial translation. (Japanese: タンモモ) is an Adventure Ally in Game Boy Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer GB - Monster of Moonlight Village. She is a cat living near the shrine in Moonlight Village. Keyaki was the person who gave her her name, for her short hind leg. Keyaki asks Shiren to look after Tanmomo.

Unlocking

Tanmomo is unlocked by speaking to her and Keyaki north of the village, at the shrine. Tanmomo will follow Shiren into the dungeon the first time after being recruited, and from then on, she will spawn in the dungeon randomly.

As an Ally

Tanmomo's level increases every Adventure, to the max of level 3. Initially, she's not very strong and mistakenly attacks Shiren. Eventually, though, she becomes the best companion in the game.
