Chicken (Japanese: ニワトリ) is an Adventure Ally in  Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer GB - Monster of Moonlight Village. She is a hen living in Moonlight Village and the self-proclaimed "strongest chicken in the world". Dismayed at the disharmony of the villagers, she decides to fight Orochi by herself.

Unlocking

Chicken is unlocked after completing the finding Koppa quest and completing the village event at night. When spoken to for the first time in town after completing the night event, she will follow Shiren into the dungeon. After that, she will randomly spawn somewhere in the dungeon and can join Shiren if spoken to.

As an Ally

She lays one Egg on every floor, items that, when eaten, recover fullness, and give a random, beneficial special effect.

• Despite supposedly being a hen due to being able to lay eggs, she has the large comb, wattle and tail feathers of a rooster.
