Oryu the Blinder
A mysterious woman has been luring people into closing their eyes for her, then blinding them. However, the victims of her sandy attacks aren't pleased with her antics.
Location: Table Mountain 1-4F, Bamboo Village
Requirement: Defeat or bypass two NPCs.
Minimum Duration: 3 adventures.
Reward: Recruitment of Oryu as a Party Member
First Event
- Find and talk to the purple-haired "Woman" on floors 1-2 of Table Mountain. Agree to close your eyes, and once more when she says to keep them closed.
After some suggestive dialogue she asks if Shiren will close his eyes for her. If he agrees, she will Blind him for 30 turns and disappear from the map.
If you go to Bamboo Village after being blinded, a Strong Man and a Chubby Man will be talking at the entrance to the village. The woman's actions have infuriated them, and if they see her again, they will enact their revenge.
Second Event
- Find Oryu on floors 1-4 before Bamboo Village again, and talk to her.
The woman will claim to Shiren that it was her twin sister who blinded him, by throwing stuff in his eyes, then proceeds to blind him once more and disappear.
Third Event
- Go to Bamboo Village and notice the two men and the woman on the porch of the Blacksmith's Shop, Fudou.
- Talk to the Chubby Man and offer to help the Woman. The two men will then target Shiren. You do not have to defeat the two men, all you need to do is talk to the Woman and allow her to join you to finish the event.
