iDash(UT) - This is an unofficial translation. (Japanese: iダッシュ) is a gameplay mechanic in the Template:GameTitle series. Is made its debut in Template:GameTitle in 2000. It's similar to the Handy Dash mechanic that was introduced in Template:GameTitle in 2024.

The iDash makes the player character run in the selected direction. If used in a room, it makes the character run in that general direction, reaching the nearest item, stairs or corridor. In a corridor, it makes the character run through the corridor until it reaches a monster or a point where the player might choose a different direction besides turning back the way they came from.
