Failure (Japanese: からぶり) Status Condition in Template:GameTitle.
Effect on Shiren
Shiren will miss all melee attacks. Ranged attacks such as firing Projectiles, swinging Staves, reading Scrolls or throwing Items.
How to get affected
There are a few ways to be inflicted with this status condition:
- Miss Hermit can make Shiren fail main attacks for 5 turns.
- Read a Failure Scroll
. - Get hit by a magic bolt from a Failure Staff.
How to cure
The only way to get rid of this status condition is to wait until the effect wears off, or by transforming into a Monster by eating its Meat.
A Homing Blade or a Weapon with its Seal will guarantee that all attacks hit their target, even while affected by this state.[Citation needed]
