Shiren the Wanderer (Japanese: 風来のシレン) is a character in Shiren the Wanderer 3 - The Sleeping Princess and the Karakuri Mansion Wii He is the main character of the game. With his talking weasel companion Koppa, he wanders Mystery Dungeons in search of treasure. Joined by his uncle and best friend to his late father Gimensha, Sensei and an old childhood friend Asuka. Shiren travels to the region and visits to meet up with Sensei to discuss finding the entrance to the mythical Karakuri Mansion.

Combat

Shiren is capable of dual-wielding One-handed Weapons, a one-handed weapon and Shield, as well as Two-handed Weapons in battle. For a full list of weapons-usable by Shiren, see: Shiren's Weapons.

Experience and Leveling

Killing Monsters grants you experience. The amount of experience depends on the monster and their level. When you get enough experience, you level up increasing HP and defense. Strength increases over time. Eating a Joyous Herb will instantly level the character to the next level. Enemies determined too weak by the game will start giving only 1 experience point when you defeat them.
